Everything
Everything hurts
I need sleep
I need sleep
But, in sleep perchance to dream
And face the truth of my freakish memories
I hand the mental remote to my bloodied psyche
The loathsome channel surfing begins
The body needs rest but the mind wants no part of it
The body needs rest but the mind wants no part of it
Nightmarish hours pass
Nothing is….
Nothing is resolved.
Dreaming….
Killing myself out of dreamland
What's wrong with me?
(If there were words to say)
Killing myself out of dreamland
Out of dreamland
Pathetic self-loathing
I need sleep
But, then who’d do all this whining?
I hand the mental remote to my inner child
Everyone I care for dies
Everyone I care for dies.
The body needs rest but the mind wants no part of it
The body needs rest but the mind wants no part of it
Not sleeping nor awake
I feel like I’m losing my mind.
Dreaming….
Killing myself out of dreamland
What's wrong with me?
(So much I didn’t say)
Killing myself
Killing myself out of dreamland
Killing myself out of dreamland
What's wrong with me?
(So much I didn’t say)
Killing myself
Killing myself out of dreamland
Out of dreamland

Soothfully a phenomenal prog rock album—an instant classic. What motivates me to say so, is the music’s incredible expressiveness & its wonderfully cinematic song structures. Jargon is a very good fit with this band. It is quite evident that the band’s current lineup have great chemistry together & that they share a common affinity to this vein of music. I look forward to their next creation. Drifting Sun are definitely one of prog rock’s brightest lights. Thank you, DS!

Although the 3 guest vocalists on this album sing wonderfully, and the songs are diverse and creative, I still prefer the voice of Peter Falconer. Still, I highly recommend this album, aware that my preference is somewhat of a bias. Some of the guitar playing on here is incredible. Despite the new vocalists, the sound of this album is still distinctly Drifting Sun. Personally, I give it 7.5/10. Alrihkh
